Behind Boudica

Boudica was Queen of the British Celtic Iceni tribe who lead an uprising against the Roman Empire in AD 60 after she and her daughters were flogged and raped after her husband, King Prasutagus died.

Boudica was a rebellious warrior who symbolizes courage, strength and heart. She ultimately failed in her coup, but it is her spirit of resilience that has always touched a special place in my heart.

I have chosen her name to represent physical and spiritual vitality!
